The hotel is set in a beautiful location in the rainforest, providing stunning views of the surrounding gardens. The staff was very accommodating and attentive, but I did notice a musty smell in the room. While the dining options were decent, I had an unfortunate experience with an insect on my breakfast plate. Overall, the price was reasonable for what we received, but be prepared for a lot of stairs.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, situated in a peaceful area that's a bit away from the hustle and bustle. The rooms were absolutely luxurious, bright, and clean, really making me feel pampered. The service was exceptional, especially with the lovely birthday cake surprise for my friend. However, the breakfast could use some improvement, and the location, while serene, made walking a bit challenging in the heat. Overall, it offered great value for money.
